Coronation Beach

Serenity meets adventure on a breathtaking stretch of Western Australia's Coral Coast.

Whether you're a seasoned surfer chasing world-class waves, a nature enthusiast seeking a peaceful escape, searching for rock pools teeming with life at low tide, or simply a beach bum craving stunning scenery, Coronation Beach has you covered. The campground charges a friendly $20 per vehicle, per 24 hours. There's no booking system, so campsites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and payment is to be made in cash. Early arrival is recommended, especially during peak season.

This is bush camping—facilities are basic, so come prepared. Pack enough drinking water, food, insect repellent, sun protection, and a hat. The final 8km stretch to Coronation Beach is unsealed. A 4WD vehicle is highly recommended, especially following rains.
