The largest campsite in the area, Nanga Mill offers many campsites for tents, campervans, and caravans. Enjoy the space to run around, meet other travellers, and explore the natural surroundings by day. At night, enjoy the picnic tables, fires, and toilets adding to your overall convenience. Conversely, Nanga Townsite, a walk away from Nanga Mill has 6 campsites among the pines and chirping birds offering a true sense of serenity with the essential amenities like picnic tables, a fireplace with a barbecue plate, and toilets for a comfortable stay. Together, they both offer direct access to the Murray River for a splash or paddle or stay dry with the plentiful bike paths winding around the area.
Unlike other campsites in Dwellingup, Nanga Mill and Townsite operate on first come first serve. So, to get the best spot, make sure you get here early to secure your spot. Make sure you don’t forget water, food, sun protection and everything else you need to maximise your camping enjoyment. Note, this is a national park, while fires are usually permitted (between 1 April to 30 November) you are required to collect wood for fire outside the park.
