Located within the Tasman National Park, this campsite offers breathtaking views of the rugged coastline and Norfolk Bay. The campsite features eight dedicated tent platforms and a toilet and is accessible via a 400-meter walk from the Wughalee Falls turnoff. Campers must bring their own drinking water and firewood, as natural water sources are unreliable, and fires are not permitted.

One of the highlights of Semaphore Tree Bush Camp is its proximity to the historic Port Arthur and the World Heritage-listed Coal Mines Convict Site. Visitors can explore the fascinating convict history while enjoying the serene beauty of the bay. The area is perfect for activities such as kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and bushwalking. The nearby Lagoon Beach, accessible via a scenic 40-minute walk, offers crystal-clear waters and a peaceful retreat.

Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in history, enjoy outdoor activities, or simply relax by the water, Semaphore Tree Bush Camp provides a memorable and rejuvenating experience. Keep in mind that the campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is recommended.
