1. About Us

Todo Aussie Ventures, registered at 659 Yambla Avenue Albury, New south Wales, Australia, is the operator of the Todo Aussie Ventures Platform, also known as the Todo Platform. We provide a platform for users to discover and book various activities, food, and accommodation options along with additional information.

2. Scope

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Todo Aussie Ventures Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Terms and Conditions is therefore not limited to members only.

2.2 Any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these Terms shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2.3 The use of the Todo Aussie Ventures Platform is for personal use only. Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited.

3. Our Role

3.1 We act as an intermediary between users and suppliers of activities, food, and accommodation. Service agreements are concluded directly between users and suppliers. Todo Aussie Ventures may be contacted by either party or third-parties to 1) Act on the behalf of or 2) assist in intermediary.

3.2 We receive a commission from suppliers for brokering service agreements.

3.3 We are not responsible for the quality or performance of services provided by suppliers.

3.4 We may restrict your use of the Platform or cancel bookings or membership in certain circumstances, such as suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the Platform.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.3 We may terminate your account or restrict your access to the Platform at any time for any reason.

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by suppliers. 5.2 Payment is typically due at the time of booking, but may vary depending on the supplier.

5.3 Payment is collected by Todo Aussie Ventures on the behalf of Suppliers, you have the legal responsibility to ensure your disclosed payment details are correct at the time of booking. Todo Aussie Ventures will take no responsibility for your inaccuracy.

5.4 Todo Aussie Ventures is not responsible for any payment disputes between you and suppliers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation policies may vary depending on the supplier and the specific activity.

6.2 For questions or requests regarding cancellations or refunds, you may contact either Todo Aussie Ventures or the supplier directly.

6.3 If you contact Todo Aussie Ventures, we will communicate with the supplier on your behalf and provide you with an update, this may result in prolonged duration.

6.4 Please note that Todo Aussie Ventures does not control the cancellation policies of suppliers, and we may not be able to grant refunds in all cases.

6.5 In general rule, Suppliers require a notice period of at least 24 hours in order to be able to grant a cancellation refund. Dependent on the specific Suppliers terms, Todo Aussie Ventures will assist you with this minus processing and administration fees. Cancellations with at least 72 hours will see the refund of administration fees.

7. Our Role and Disclaimer

7.1 While we provide tips and advice regarding activities, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

7.2 Information about Aboriginal communities may reflect varying perspectives and may not be entirely accurate.

7.3 We publish and advertise volunteering and employment opportunities, but we are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of these postings or ensuring that individuals have the necessary work rights. Todo Aussie Ventures conducts this practice in good faith towards boosting specific economic environments.

7.4 We are not responsible for any risks or liabilities associated with volunteering or employment opportunities.

7.5 We embed YouTube videos from various publishers. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of these videos.

8. User Content

8.1 User-generated content must be informative, respectful, and focused on providing value to other users.

8.2 We reserve the right to remove or modify user-generated content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates our Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Simple reviews may be deleted at our discretion.

8.4 Todo Aussie Ventures may use published User Content across the platform, social media, or other for marketing, campaign, and other uses. Todo Aussie Ventures does not require prior permission from the individual who publishes the User Content.

8.5 All published User Content from individuals and Suppliers must undergo necessary consent with all people included in the content. If an individual has supplied you with content, prior permission and consent must be provided before publishing.

9. Social Media

9.1 We may use content tagged with our brand on social media for marketing and promotional purposes.

9.2 We may use comments made with our brand or on our platform or social media for marketing and promotional purposes.

9.3 We may extract macro and micro data insights, investigations, and more on our platform or social media for marketing, promotional, or relationship purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content belong to us or our licensors.

10.2 You may not use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

10.3 Correlating to 2.3 you may not use User Content published by others for your own benefit other than enjoyment.

12. Indemnification

12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13.1 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
