Kayaking With Dolphins

average rating is 4.5 out of 5, based on 150 votes, People love it

It’s not every day you get to paddle your way down creeks lined with 10,000 year old mangrove forest, get up close to shipwrecks, and encounter local Port River dolphins along the way. It’s a special experience that simply can’t be replicated.

Traveling at the speed accommodating for the slowest, no prior experience is required. As you paddle, Marine Biologist will guide you with interesting information about the abundant bird life, marine creatures including dolphins, seagrass, and the shipwreck, all performing their vital roles in this intricate ecosystem. If you are lucky, the local fur seals, sting rays and Australian Sea Lions might come out to display their skills.

Throughout your experience, it is important to remember that this is a wildlife sanctuary, meaning all animals are wild and not tamed. While we do expect there to be plenty to capture your attention for an amazing day on the water, there is no guarantee. Also, depending on the weather conditions and your kayaking technique you may get wet, so it’s best to bring a change of clothes just in case.
