Explore the hidden wonders beneath the turquoise waters in sheltered coves and calm bays that create a kayaking and snorkelling paradise. Teeming with colourful coral reefs, these vibrant ecosystems are home to a dazzling array of marine life. Glide effortlessly through crystal-clear waters, marvelling at schools of brightly coloured fish flitting amongst the coral formations. Keep an eye out for curious wobbegongs resting on the seabed, graceful stingrays gliding past, and even playful octopus camouflaged amongst the rocks. Snorkelling by yourself or with friends is perfectly safe here in Little Beach, Honeymoon Bay, and Jurien Bay Marine Park.
Loving the sea life? Why not book a Sea Lion tour where boats will take you out for a splash and play. The wild local endangered resident fur sea mammals are always curious and love showing off their developing water skills like somersaulting through Jurien Bay's beautiful turquoise waters. You will get to interact with the sea lions in the water as a snorkeller or observe their playful antics from the comfort of the boat. Our 2-hour tours starting at 7 AM or 9:30 AM run daily.

Snorkelling with sea lions might be one of the most fun things I've ever done in my life! The sea lions were super friendly and curious and playful, and from the moment the boat arrives near the island you know you're in for a good time when you see their cute little faces bobbing out of the water to peer at you. The sea lions will follow you around in the water and mimic you, and swim so gracefully like little tubby torpedoes in the water. As others have said you're not allowed to touch them, but I was gently booped by a few of them and it was delightful.
The waters are crystal clear, and I didn't feel cold at all with the wetsuit provided. There are life jackets available for not so confident swimmers, and for people who can't swim at all the staff will even put you in a lifesaver ring and literally tow you around in the water the entire time so you're not missing out on any of the fun, really going above and beyond expectations. The hot tea and biscuit on the boat after getting out of the water was a nice touch.
Another small highlight was the boat ride itself, you really feel like you're on holiday with the Australian music blasting on the speakers while the boat zooms crazily fast like a roller coaster!

Many will swim right up to your GoPro and give it a snuffle. 1.5 hours for the swimming was a good amount of time to be satisfied with the experience, and well reasonable at only $99 pp.

Had a great morning at the turquoise sea lion charter. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Sea lions were a bit lazy at first but then decided to jump in the water and play with their visitors. So good to see the sea lions in their environment and interact on their free will. Highly recommend
